Who we are

RedPandaOK! is made by Michał Śnieżyński, sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza), Szymany 16A/3, 12-100 Szczytno, Poland, NIP 9532621635 (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@redpandaok.com.

Joining the beta

• Beta places are limited. We review requests by hand and may accept, decline or delay any request.
• Invites and builds are delivered through Apple’s TestFlight, which has its own terms from Apple.
• We may end the beta, or an individual tester’s access, at any time, for example when a test phase ends or these terms are broken.
• You can leave at any time: in TestFlight choose Stop Testing, and delete your game data in the game under Settings → Account → Delete account.

On test servers only

• Beta builds are unfinished. Expect bugs, crashes, downtime and features that change or disappear.
• Beta servers are test servers. Progress, items and currencies on them can be reset without notice. Only the Tester pack carries over to the global launch.
• Purchases in TestFlight use Apple’s sandbox and aren’t charged, including Founder packs. Test purchases do not carry over to the global launch.

Playing the released game

You can play for free. Optional purchases and rewarded ads are available. Features may change, and maintenance or technical problems may interrupt play.

In-app purchases

Apple handles in-app payments through the App Store. The price is shown before you confirm. Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility is subject to Apple’s rules and your statutory rights. Virtual items have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.

Rewarded ads

Some optional rewards unlock after watching an ad. The released app uses Google AdMob, subject to your privacy choices and any required consent. Tracking requires your permission. Where available, you can change ad consent in Settings → Privacy choices, and tracking permission in iOS Settings. If an AdMob ad is unavailable, we may show our own clip.

Playing fair

Please don’t:

• cheat, use exploits on purpose, automate play, or tamper with the game or its servers;
• try to access other players’ accounts or data, or overload our services;
• pick an explorer name that is offensive, hateful or impersonates someone;
• share, sell or re-upload the app itself.

If you find a bug or a security problem, tell us and don’t exploit it. We may rename explorers, reset progress gained through an exploit, or remove access for serious or repeated abuse.

Your feedback

Feedback, ideas and screenshots you send help shape the game. By sending them, you let us use them to improve the game without owing you payment. You’re welcome to talk about the game and share your own screenshots.

Our content

The game, its art, story, characters and this website belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to play on your own devices.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost progress, lost virtual items or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms as the game grows; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll tell players about important changes. Polish law applies. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts there.
